Plastic molding is key to all the products we develop and manufacture. Once a mold is made it goes into one of our 200 ‘best of breed’ European or Japanese injection machines. Hayco’s continuous investment in injection molding expertise and experience has been a cornerstone to Hayco’s customer satisfaction and company growth since our founding, and will continue to be an important facet of our design, development and manufacturing services into the future.

With a particular emphasis on 2-K molding and high cavitations, we continually expand and update our machinery to achieve the highest levels of precision and output. Our goal is to be at the forefront as a world class provider of precision plastic parts.

Our range of machines is from 30 to 850 tons consisting of hydraulic and electro servo machines. With over 10 different plastics (including engineering grades with up to 60% glass) we also have our machinery specifically tailored for optimum performance. To ensure consistency and precision in molding we use robotic arms and water chillers on most machines. We closely monitor and maintain our machines and tools.  We have a a policy of regular maintenance and rotating out and replacing machines as they age.

Hayco’s 200 machines offer a wide range of injection molding capabilities, including structural foam, co-injection, blow molding, over molding and insert molding of motors, wiring and metal components, with an ever growing offering reflecting our customers’ evolving and expanding requirements.
